Workshop Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your workshop booking for candle making, card crafting, knitting, or home decor classes:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the workshop: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop: 50% refund or option to reschedule
• No-shows without prior notice: No refund
• If we cancel a workshop: Full refund or option to reschedule

Product Returns

For craft supplies and workshop materials purchased from thalfyroeuthodie

• Unopened products in original packaging: 30-day return window
• Products must be in original condition with all components included
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the defect when possible.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing time may take 5-10 business days after we receive your return or process your cancellation request.
